We work together with the Born Donor Bank (formerly SellmerDiers sperm bank), from whom we can order a donor unit at the earliest one month before the planned treatment date, which we would like to reserve for your upcoming treatment.

The Born Donor Bank has 2 different ID release donor categories to choose from:

Donor with ID release, with extended profile

With this donor category you can view a donor profile, which consists of 8-15 pages of personal information about the donor in addition to the basic information.

The information includes i.a.

• background of the donor
• education
• family relationships
• interests
• personality
• detailed information on appearance, facial features and physique
• personnel description and evaluation
• childhood photos of the donor
• a handwritten greeting

When selecting a donor with ID release, the donor bank will assist in establishing contact between the donor child and the donor when the child is 18 and only at the request of the donor child.

This can e.g. be done by the donor bank notifying the donor child of the identity of the donor in the form of name, date of birth and last known address, after which the donor child will contact the donor himself.

A donor with ID release has a global quota of maximum 75 donor families to avoid the donor being contacted by hundreds of donor children.

Donor with ID release, max. 25, with extended profile

With this donor category you can view a donor profile, which consists of 8-15 pages of personal information about the donor in addition to the basic information.
